This blog is a place to record the process of capturing and restoring a 1954 Lancia Aurelia B20 Coupe; partly as reference material for others, but also to assist the restorer through the discipline of photographing, writing and publishing. Another motivation is the enjoyment gained from the reading of other enthusiasts’ stories of their projects.
Postings here are likely to be intermittent, as there are other restoration projects in progress and waiting.
I’m a long-term fan of Italian cars, mainly Lancias and Alfa Romeos, currently the custodian of – apart from B20-2959 – two other Aurelias, a 6th Series B20 and an early B10 berlina.
